FIELD: automobile industry.
SUBSTANCE: this invention is designed for cleaning of the vehicle motors during their repair and maintenance, specifically for cleaning of oil channels, cooling liquid channels and complex geometry parts. The motor cleaning device includes a case with an end-to-end channel, which extends in its front portion, and a taper located in it, pipe installed coaxially to the channel and handle with pinned lever and valve. Additionally the device is equipped with carbon dioxide feed pipe and cavitation generator with jet in the form of a sand-glass which contracting diameter is calculated under the formula.
EFFECT: increase of purification quality due to enhancement of a cleaning jet with simultaneous decrease of labor and energy input of the cleaning process.
