FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail vehicles, including bridge cranes and monorails. Invention provides isolation of roll surface and limitation of direction of movement. Wheel tire is secured on hub by means of lining made of resilient elastic material, for instance, rubber. Constant position of tire relative to hub is maintained by profiled seat surfaces in between. Disk is provided with ring recess in form of bowl accommodating end face of tire. Tire and hub can rotate irrespective of disk owing to bearing which reduces resistance to rolling, especially on curved sections of track. Riding comfort, both inside vehicle and outside is provided by reduction of loads appearing between tire, rail and thrust disk caused by differences in speeds. EFFECT: increased comfort. 2 cl, 1 dwg
