FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organization of blasting operations in open cast mines, in particular to methods for manufacturing blasting substances for their placing in water- filled descending boreholes using polymeric hoses. Water-filled explosive is formed by introducing soluble and/or insoluble solid components having diameter of fine fractions below 0.001 m and coarse fractions between 0.001 and 0.05 m, amount of fine fractions being 10.0 to 55.0% of the volume of explosive.
