SUBSTANCE: structural steel contains the following amounts of components wt. %: carbon 0.12-0.16; manganese 0.50-0.80; silicon 0.20-0.40; chromium 1.50-2.00; nickel 1.50-1.80; molybdenum 0.20-0.40; vanadium 0.07-0.12; copper not above 0.30; the balance, iron. EFFECT: reduced probability of formation of shrink holes, and thickness of decarbonized layer and actual grain size, increased impact strength at subzero temperatures. 2 tbl
