FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally vanadium and molybdenum at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.03-0.20; manganese 0.20-1.70; silicon 0.01-0.080; chrome 0.5-1.5; nickel 0.15-0.70; copper 0.15-0.50; germanium 0.001-0.005; phosphorus 0.06-0.18; vanadium 0.005-0.03; molybdenum 0.010-0.10, and iron - the rest. EFFECT: low expendable metal coefficient at the first conversion, enhanced strength of ready rolled products, resistance against corrosion at increased humidity, high impact elasticity, especially, at low temperatures. 2 tbl
