FIELD: railway engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed permanent way contains rails secured on longitudinally arranged tie bearings 1 cross-coupled by beams 2. Cantilevers 3 are introduced into permanent way structure and are installed from outer sides of tie bearings 1 opposite to beams 2 or with displacement. Said tie bearings, beam and cantilevers are made of standard sections, for instance, from T-sections or rails installed as tie bearings with foot pointed upwards, or H-sections.
