FIELD: differential mechanism for vehicles. SUBSTANCE: bevel gear differential has casing incorporating axially aligned differential gears and satellites. Three cam bushings are positioned on single shaft between satellites. Outer bushings rigidly connected to satellites have cams disposed at their one ends. Middle bushing has cams at its both ends and this bushing is positioned for axial displacement and engagement with outer bushing cams. Apart from mechanical blocking system, bevel gear differential may be equipped with hydraulic blocking system. EFFECT: improved passability of vehicles due to increased internal friction in bevel gear differential. 2 cl, 3 dwg
