FIELD: SHF measurement, measurement of complex reflection factor of terminal loads in standard coaxial and waveguide channels. SUBSTANCE: given SHF reflectometer includes SHF generator, nondirectional foursonde pickup which output is output for connection of examined terminal load. It is supplemented with sensor placed between SHF generator and input of nondirectional four-sonde pickup. Distance between sondes is equal to 1/12 of wave length corresponding to central frequency of operational range. Three sondes respond to electric or magnetic field and fourth sonde responds to magnetic or electric field correspondingly. It is installed in plane of location of center sonde of four-sonde pickup, in opposition to it. Sensor incorporates detector and directional coupler which input and output are correspondingly input and output of .sensor and output of secondary channel is connected to detector. In compliance with another variant of realization of SHF reflectometer pickup has sonde and attenuator which input is connected to sonde and is input of pickup and its output is output of attenuator. EFFECT: widened band of operational frequencies, reduced dimensions, simplified design and increased measurement precision of reflectometer. 2 cl, 5 dwg
