FIELD: antenna-feeder systems; telescopic-mast mounted antennas. SUBSTANCE: antenna that has conducting disk and conducting cone assembled of n tubes is provided in addition with fixing assembly designed to rigidly fix antenna on telescopic mast in working position; it is built of two parallel dielectric parts of which top one is rigidly coupled with telescopic mast second section as viewed from top; bottom dielectric part is free to move along telescopic mast and is rigidly coupled with cone near its base; top part has m holes and bottom one is provided with m locking studs of respective size and configuration to fit opposing holes, at least two of them being joined with cone near its vortex by means of dielectric guides passed through holes in top part in parallel with telescopic mast.
