SUBSTANCE: antenna used for transceiving radio signals within broad spectrum in bearing and elevation has hollow metal cone and flat conductor disposed above its vertex in parallel with its base and formed by electrically interconnected small-diameter metal ring and flat helical conductor, as well as coaxial cable passed through cone, its external conductor being connected to cone vertex and internal one, to ring center.
