FIELD: communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in increased authenticity of reception with due account of correlation coupling between adjacent symbols and diminished requirements to clock synchronization if clock synchronization and frequency fluctuations deteriorate. In agreement with proposed technique frequency manipulated signal with continuous phase is formed in process of transmission, it is transmitted by pulses of equal length on two carrier frequencies, is received, analog signal is filtered, numbered and demodulated. Carrier frequencies are so chosen for transmission that even number of half-periods of carrier frequency f1 or odd number of half-periods of frequency f2 are transmitted in time interval corresponding to single bit. For reception digital signal is filtered after numbering and demodulation is carried out in accord with autocorrelation slipping function. EFFECT: increased authenticity of reception. 2 dwg
