FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: one should measure central hemodynamics at patient's empty stomach for 30- 60 min by detecting impedance value, that of total peripheral resistance and specific peripheral resistance. The same values should be measured with a probe parietally, in gastric lumen due to rheography. According to compared data obtained one should state on circulation disorders in gastric wall. At no pathology in stomach and normal circulation of its wall ratio coefficients for the values of central hemodynamics to those of gastric circulation are C1 16.45, C2 16.45, C3 4.6 being the constants. According to alterations in the above-mentions values it is possible to diagnose either true acid-peptic gastric ulcer or availability of ischemia in gastric mucosa and hypoxic nature of ulcer.
