FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has driving mechanism designed as ratchet wheel with pawls and traction unit. Driving unit pawl is designed as button on cylindrical spring. The spring is mounted on base. Canal having spring-loaded pusher with beveled end is made in button body in perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. The beveled end protrudes from button end face and is set in engagement with the ratchet wheel. Additional pawl designed as flat spring is mounted on the base. The unbent end of the flat spring is set in engagement with the ratchet wheel. Side plate is mounted on the common axle with the ratchet wheel, forming together a reel for flexible link. One end of the link is rigidly fixed on the side plate, the second end is brought outside via the opening in device body. The device body has ears with openings for receiving bone screws. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment; high accuracy in bringing in contact the central and peripheral nerve ends. 3 cl, 3 dwg
