FIELD: traumatology-orthopedics, restorative surgery, neurosurgery, applicable for treatment of defects of nerve trunks. SUBSTANCE: device has interconnected U-shaped larger and smaller plate springs. The prongs of the smaller plate spring are engageable with the progs of the ratchet-wheel that is rotated by movement of the springs. The ratchet-wheel is installed on a shaft, during rotation of which the threaded rot of the traction member is moving on the threaded duct. The shaft is positioned in a tube. The tube is fastened on a fixed member that is installed on the inner surface of the lower leg of the larger plate spring. On the outer surface the lug has a bony screw. EFFECT: prevented binding of infection in tissues through the areas of percutaneous penetration in them of traction elements, enhanced comfort for the patient. 4 dwg
