IMPROVED PREPARATION FOR TOPICAL NON-INVASIVE USING IN VIVO Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2207844 C2

FIELD: medicine, microbiology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the preparation exhibiting molecular distribution value ensuring to penetrate into barrier pores based on penetrate adaptibility though the average diameter of indicated pores is less than an average diameter of penetrating agent under condition that penetrating agents are able to transfer agents or to promote the penetration of agents through pores after that penetrating agents have penetrated into pores. The preparation comprises at least one modifying viscosity agent taken in the amount that enhances viscosity of the formulation up to 5 nm/s maximally that provides to apply the matter on the application surface and retain on them; and/or, at least, one antioxidant taken in the amount that elevates an oxidant index up to less 100% for 6 months; and/or at least one bactericidal agent taken in the amount that reduces number of bacterial cells from 1 million added per 1 g of the total preparation mass to less 100 in the case of aerobic microorganisms to less 10 in the case of enterobacteria and to less 1 in the case of Pseudomonas aeruginosa or Staphylococcus aureus for 4 days. Invention provides the prolonged storage of preparation without changind of its properties and possibility of its using as applications. EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal properties of preparation. 49 cl, 3 tbl, 9 dwg, 56 ex
