FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing mammalian cells to combined magnetic field having alternating and permanent constituents. The alternating constituent is produced as resultant action of two to ten frequencies the values of which are selected depending on ratio value of cell target charges to their masses in the range of 0,2×106 to 1×106. The frequency bandwidth used as basis for selecting frequencies making up the alternating constituent is within 1 to 20 Hz limits. Permanent constituent induction of the magnetic field to be produced is selected within the limits of 30 to 200 mcTesla units with requested effective action upon cytokine production being taken into account.
