FIELD: biochemistry, enzymology. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording of rate changes of acoustic vibrations propagation in the incubation mixture of enzymes with solution of specific substrate. Incubation is carried out in acoustic chamber directly (acoustic resonator). To determine the change rate of acoustic vibration propagation standing wave is made in incubation mixture, and changes of own frequency of acoustic resonator are recorded.
