FIELD: recovering of properties of water-based cutting and washing liquids, emulsions etc. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel, magnetic separator with magnetic rods, drum-type vacuum filter, and pure liquid discharge branch pipe. The latter is connected through pipe to vessel lined with insulating material. Oil scraping drum and oil collecting tray are located inside vessel. Pasteurizer is attached to said vessel through pipe and pump. EFFECT: prolonged service life of mentioned liquids and reduced release of said liquids onto purifying systems. 2 cl, 1 dwg
