FIELD: application of the process liquids. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with preparation and application of process liquids (PL) (lubricating - cooling liquids, cleaning fluids, emulsions, etc.) made on the water basis also it intended for their preparation. The offered device used for preparation of the process liquids has a mixer of liquids, a tank-mixer, a pump, a gear-type pump. In the capacity of the mixer of liquids is used an ejector, an outlet branch-pipe of which is tangentially linked with the tank mixer, one of the inlet branch-pipes of the ejector is coupled to the gear-type pump, the second branch-pipe of the ejector is linked to the pipeline of the compressed air supply, and the pressure branch-pipe of the ejector through the pump is linked to the pipeline of withdrawal of a liquid from the lower cone part of the tank - mixer. Additionally there is a metering device for loading granular components in the tank mixer.
