SUBSTANCE: the laser semi-active homing head has a coordinator including a multi-pad photodetector device and control windings, series-connected amplifier unit, adder, comparator, selector and the second comparator, sum-difference treatment circuit and a power amplifier unit, whose outputs are connected to the coordinator control windings, the outputs of the pads of the photodetector device are connected to the inputs of the amplifier unit, and the selector output is connected to the second input of the comparator, additionally use is made of a differentiating device and an access and storage device, the input of the access and storage device is connected to the output of the amplifier unit, the output of the access and storage device is connected to the input of the sum-difference treatment circuit, the output of the sum-difference circuit is connected to the input of the power amplifier, the input of the differentiating device is connected to the output of the adder, the second input of the second comparator is connected to the output of the differentiating device, and its output is connected to the second input of the access and storage device.
