Abstract RU 2208477 C1

FIELD: heat- and mass-transfer apparatuses for conduction of processes in fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: reactor has vertical body, tubular heat-exchanger, means for supply of row material and discharge of synthesis products, gas distributor. Two rotors interconnected by bushing are located on vertical shaft in upper part of reactor. Upper rotor presents fan impeller, and lower rotor, in form of disk with radial ribs in form of blades located on its upper surface. Radial ribs in form of blades located on its upper surface. Radial ribs in form of blades protrude beyond disk edge. Disk is also provided with through channels inclined to side of rotation and extending into bushing cavity. Located between upper and lower rotors is solid partition. Ratio of upper and lower rotors diameters equals (1.2-1.6):1, respectively. EFFECT: higher efficiency of synthesis process, reduced reactor overall dimensions and heat losses to ambient medium and eliminated external dust removing system of production process. 2 dwg
