FIELD: organosilicone industry; mass-exchange apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of the mass-exchange apparatuses for realization of processes in a boiling bed and may be used in the organosilicone industry. The reactor consist of: a housing supplied with an external heating, a gas distributor, branch-pipes accordingly for inlet and outlet of reagents and products of reactions, a tubular heat exchanger made in the form of a set of slope loops. The lower section of the housing is made in the form of a truncated cone with an angle of its generatrix equal to 1-5°. The ratio of a diameter of the smaller basis of the truncated cone to the inner diameter of a cylindrical section of the reactor housing a cabinet of a reactor is equal to (0.8-0.95) : 1. The lower section is supplied with two isolated jackets used as collectors of the spiral heat-exchange pipes and a gas-distributor of volumetric type made of several linked by the fins of cylindrical shells. The ration of a radius of a cylindrical section of the reactor housing to radiuses of shells is equal to 1.15, 1.55, 2.2, 4.0. The angle of inclination to the right or to the left of the spiral heat exchange pipes placed uniformly on concentric circumferences is equal to 0-5 °. A ratio of radius of a cylindrical section of the housing of the reactor to the radiuses of the concentric circumferences of location of the spiral pipes is equal to 1.25, 1.65, 2.5, 5.0. The given design of the reactor allows to increase its productivity and selectivity of the synthesis process.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase productivity the reactor and selectivity of the synthesis process.
