FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. SUBSTANCE: proposed cooled blade of turbine has spaces to deliver cooling air to leading and trailing edges of blade, cooling air discharge space, perforation ribs and cleaning holes. Space to deliver cooling air to leading of turbine blade is made in form of tangential scroll swirler provided at one side with limiting diaphragm with hole in central part connecting the space with convective cooling channel of turbine blade leading edge, and at other side, with cylindrical chamber dividing flow of cooling air of blade leading edge with regulating rib cross section area is equal to 60% of cross section area of flow dividing cylindrical chamber connected with channel of film cooling of turbine blade leading edge. Space to deliver cooling air to trailing edge of turbine blade is also made in form of tangential scroll swirler provided at one side with limiting diaphragm with central hole connecting space with convective cooling channel of turbine blade trailing edge, and at other side, with cylindrical chamber dividing cooling air flow of blade trailing edge with regulating rib whose cross section are is equal to 60% of cross section area of flow dividing cylindrical chamber connected with channel of film coaling of turbine blade trailing edge.
