HYDRAULIC CYCLONE-CLEANER-DISPERSE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2165309 C1

FIELD: treatment of sewage and process liquids in metal-working, chemical and other industries; metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic cyclone has cylindrical and taper housing with branch pipes for discharge of thickened product and clarified fraction, tangential delivery branch pipe with injector built in it, replenishing liquid supply branch pipe mounted in injector, dispersing unit in form of sleeve with radial blades secured on it for axial motion inside cylindrical and taper portion of hydraulic cyclone over drain branch pipe (rotation is excluded); blades are provided with slots over entire surface; fins are made in form of knives of rhomboid sections at shift by half pitch on each subsequent blade in vertical direction and are located inside bush mounted in cylindrical portion of hydraulic cyclone coaxially relative to sleeve and drain branch pipe. EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning and dispersing of emulsions. 4 dwg
