FIELD: devices for dampening pipe line vibrations. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has viscoelastic dampening member mounted between outer surface of pipe line and body; dampening member is made in form of closed circular chamber with flexible end walls which is hermetically filled with dampening fluid; smoothly secured on end walls inside chamber in circumferential direction are rod-type members located in pairs one opposite other; planes of free ends of rod-type members are provided with permanent magnets made in form of axially magnetized disks directed with unlike poles towards each other in pairs; they are brought in contact.
