FIELD: mechanical engineering and instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration-isolating support contains base, platform and intermediate members placed in between. Said members are made in form of elastic plates curved to form cylinders and connected with base and platform by means of cylindrical joints with parallel axes and rigid parallel rods. Each cylinder accommodates lining made of viscoelastic material being secured over entire surface of cylinder and two non-linear elastic members with two stable states made in form of thin- walled homogeneous plates being part of hollow cylinder and brought into upper and lower parts of cylinder and resting by end faces on horizontally orientated projections made on lining along its generatrices. Upper and lower plates are flexibly connected, respectively, with upper and lower points of inner surface of cylinder by means of conical helical extension springs located in spaces made in lining.
