FIELD: air-cooled condenser. SUBSTANCE: the air-cooled condenser has the upper base for distribution of the gaseous medium subject to condensation, lower base for gathering of condensate; spatially separated ribbed pipes with outer ribs, the ribbed pipes are connected in parallel between the upper base and the lower base and cooled by a flow of cooling air, means for run-off of condensate from the lower base and discharge means for removal of noncondensible gases from the condenser, the lower base is also used for distribution of the gaseous medium to the ribbed pipes, so that the gaseous medium is delivered to the ribbed pipes both through the upper and lower bases, and the discharge means are connected to each ribbed pipe in its section facing the flow of cooling air. Each pipe has two essentially flat side walls located in parallel with the flow of cooling air, the first closing surface facing the flow of cooling air, the side walls are connected by the first and second closing surfaces.
