FIELD: water vapor condensation.
SUBSTANCE: devices for water vapor condensation in vacuum formed by a vapor ejector device with the use of air as a cooler, having sections of multirow condensers made in the form of tube bunches, and partial condensers made in the form of tube bunches, and a common condensate header, in each section each row of vapor condensers passing the cooling air, and which are made of equally spaced round-section tube bunches, is connected with the aid of transfer tubes or ducts to its own section of the row, not row installed above the rows of condensers and connected to the vapor ejector device, partial condensers also made of round-section tube bunches and equally spaced. Besides, for each row of condensers and the respective part of the row of partial condensers its own separate condensate header is made, that is connected to the common header through a hydraulic gate preventing any transfer between the rows, the relation of the surfaces of the condenser and the partial condenser in each section makes up 5:1, the total heat exchange surface of all the condenser rows is less than that required according to the rated conditions of condensation by 5 to 6%, and the value of the section of the transfer tubes or ducts makes up 9 to 12% of the value of the section of the respective partial condenser.
EFFECT: prevented formation of air locks in vacuum in the device for water vapor condensation, worsening of heat exchange, rise of pressure, acceleration of corrosion, freezing of tubes.
