FIELD: electrical engineering; rotary mechanical-to-electrical energy converters. SUBSTANCE: off-line power supply that operates at variable speed of drive motor and functions to supply users with heat energy and high-performance electrical energy has contactless aircraft generator incorporating spray-type oil cooling system, as well as automatic voltage regulation system 14, and electromechanical heater which is, essentially, synchronous machine whose rotor carries inductor winding and stator accommodates hollow short-circuited armature winding 19 made of hollow conductor that functions as heating element. Transformer oil used as coolant is conveyed by means of pump 20 to hollow short-circuited armature winding 19 and to hollow shaft of generator 1. Oil is heated in short-circuited armature winding 19 and passed to heat-transfer apparatus 21 whose first input is connected to oil drain duct of generator, second input, to electromechanical heater case, third input, to output of heater short-circuited winding, and output, to pump input. Built into hollow shaft 1 are spray nozzles 3 and 4 designed for spraying hot oil. Some portion of oil is fed to hollow shaft of heater 2 connected to hollow shaft of generator 1. Heat-transfer apparatus 21 accommodates water-carrying coil 22. Water is heated while cooling down oil and passed to user. EFFECT: enhanced specific power output, reduced mass and size. 2 cl, 1 dwg
