FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing wide row sowing of cover crop and traverse or diagonal sowing of grassy crop; sowing grassy (fiber) crop in 1 or 2 rows with 60-cm spacing between rows; simultaneously with sowing of grassy crop, sowing leguminous crop, for example lucerne, in said spacing; apart from sowing lucerne in said spacing, sowing it in fiber crop rows. Method allows perennial herbage to be formed. Herbage gathered from one hectare cultivated by said method provides for increased content of dry substance and increased protein content as compared to known methods.
