Penetrating capacity of polymer is realized so, that it is manifested at thermostatic control at temperature within 45-65 C, or penetrating capacity of polymer is realized so, that it is observed at thermostatic control carried out for, at least, 24 h. Prostane derivative is applied as pharmaceutical active substance. As desired active substance one should use 5- (E)-(1S,5S,6R)-7-hydroxy- 6[(E)-(3S, 4RS)-3-hydroxy-4- methyl-1-octene-b-inyl] bicyclo [3.3.0] octene-3- ilidenpentane acid supplemented with cyclodextrin. The present innovation provides obtaining membranes for spherical granules, thus, after prolonged storage period all requirements should be met for product's specification.
