DRIVE OF MINING MACHINE LOADING MEMBER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining machinery, particularly, drives of mining machine loading members, mainly, of those with gathering arms; applicable in mining industry, loading and tunneling machines provided with gathering arms. SUBSTANCE: drive of loading member of mining machine mainly with gathering arms includes motor with output shaft connected to intermediate reducing gear and shaft with bevel pinions on its ends engageable with transmission of reducing gear of each gathering arm having mechanism moving over loading table surface. Motor output shaft is parallel to shaft with bevel gears on its ends. Shaft with bevel gears serves as output shaft with two ends of intermediate cylindrical reducing gear. Motor, intermediate reducing gear and reducing gear of each gathering arm are made in form of removable modules whose outer surface is a part of external surface of loading table. EFFECT: reduced loading on weak links of loading member kinematic transmission, provided stable and reliable operation of drive, higher efficiency of loading, simplified mounting-dismantling operations, increased area of loading table within machine dimensions, improved drive operating conditions. 3 dwg
