FIELD: power engineering, namely burner apparatuses used in automobile making industry, particularly autonomous preliminary heaters. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes in addition annular substrate arranged between end limiting wall and evaporation capillary structure. Annular substrate along its inner diameter adjoins gas-tightly to lateral surface of nozzle for feeding air and along its outer diameter it adjoins to cylindrical limiting wall. There is gap between inner side of cylindrical limiting wall and cylindrical portion of evaporation capillary structure. Substrate has at side adjoining to end limiting wall of fire box at least two through ducts passing from outer end surface until inner end surface of annular substrate. At outer end of substrate in wall separating cavities of ducts from cavity formed between inner cylindrical surface of fire box and outer surface of cylindrical portion of capillary structure of evaporation member there are openings for connecting said cavities. On lateral surface of nozzle for feeding air in zone of adjoining to ducts substrate has slit-type openings. EFFECT: increased power of burner apparatus. 2 dwg
