FIELD: power engineering; burner units; automobile industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes additionally two circular members located one above other which are coaxial with air supply nozzle with end part of evaporating capillary structure located between them; they adjoin air supply nozzle over inner diameter and cylindrical part of evaporating capillary structure over outer diameter; lower circular member is located on end surface of furnace chamber; coaxial holes communicating the furnace chamber with pipe union of glow plug are provided in circular members, in end part of evaporating capillary structure and end bounding wall of furnace chamber; diameter of holes found in circular members exceeds that of hole in end part of evaporating capillary structure; upper surface of lower circular member is provided with ring-shaped concentric groove around coaxial hole and at least two ring-shaped grooves which are coaxial with air supply nozzle; they are connected by symmetrical radial grooves; one radial groove runs in direction connecting axis of air supply nozzle with axis of hole of fuel introducing branch pipe; end part of evaporating capillary structure has form of flat ring with perpendicular projections which are symmetrical to axis of air supply nozzle; upper circular member is provided with slotted holes which are congruent relative to section of perpendicular projections found on end part of evaporating capillary structure. EFFECT: increased power of burner unit. 3 dwg
