FIELD: measurement and conversion equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement and conversion of temperature to electric signal-value of electric current. Temperature-sensitive element has current mirror built on structures of various types of conductance and placed in series both with power supply source and with direction of transmission of signal. Transconductance of linear conversion function " absolute temperature-current " is determined by ratio of areas of emitters of transistors of temperature-sensitive current mirror and resistance of resistor placed in emitter circuit of transistor with larger area of emitter junction. Resistors, one resistor being equalizing resistor, are placed into emitters of transistors of thermally independent current mirror to eliminate effect of technological spread of parameters of transistors in process of calibration.
