Inputs of single- stage differential amplifier are connected to transistors. Transistor in diode connection placed as driving one by circuit of current mirror with transistor is load to differential amplifier on side of inverting input. Source is inserted with additional current source which currents are proportional to currents in transistors and ohmic resistor R having same temperature coefficient of resistance as R has.
