FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: suspension straw chopper has discharge device for dispensing of chopped straw mass and is composed of two chopping units. Shafts of chopping units are arranged at obtuse angle with respect to one another, with apex of angle being oriented to grain separating unit. Chopping knives are mounted on shafts for cooperation with immovable shear plates. Chopping units are equipped with discharge branch pipes having section widening toward rear end and adapted for dispensing of chopped straw mass. Straw chopper is mounted behind grain separating unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency by uniform dispensing of chopped straw. 8 cl, 4 dwg
