FIELD: building industry and materials. SUBSTANCE: mixture for preparing nonautoclave gas concrete including Portland cement, lime, gypsum, microsilica, aluminum powder, calcium chloride and water comprises gypsum semihydrate in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: Portland cement, 57-71; lime, 0.04-0.7; gypsum semihydrate, 0.1-0.4; microsilica, 0.6-3.5; aluminum powder, 0.01-0.15; calcium chloride, 0.5-3.0; water, the balance. Invention can be used in making articles used in building and heat-insulation of dwelling, administrative and industrial constructions and buildings. Invention provides the enhancement of stability of gas concrete mixture in the process of its porization based on improvement of its rheological properties and formation of uniform porous structure that results to positive strength indices of gas concrete articles.
