FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of raw mix for manufacturing non-autoclave cellular concrete and can be used in building material industry. Raw mix of invention contains, wt %: Portland cement 25-34; slaked lime 3-4; aluminum powder 0.02-0.2; water 37-42; coal production overburden waste reduced to specific surface 3000-2500 cm2/g, 22-30; asbestos dust with fiber size 0.05-2.0 mm, 10-12; semi-hydrous gypsum 0.4-0.5; plasticizer 0.13-1.2; and calcium chloride used to accelerated hydration and solidification of cement, 0.12-0.54.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of aerated concrete, reduced consumption of cement constituent, and widened resource of raw materials due to utilization of large-scale waste.
