FIELD: mechanized driving of mine workings by tunneling machines without prolonged shutdowns for adding of face conveyor. SUBSTANCE: device for mine working driving has tunneling machine, movable platform, telescopic face conveyor whose tail pulley is installed on movable platform, hydraulic cylinder connecting tunneling machine with movable platform, hydraulic unit, pressure and drain lines. Hydraulic cylinder connecting tunneling machine with movable platform has piston final position pickups. Hydraulic unit is provided with safety valve and distributing slide valve with hydraulic control from pilot slide valve which communicate hydraulic cylinder rod end interconnecting tunneling machine and movable platform with drain line via safety valve or with pressure line. Inputs of piston final positions pickups of hydraulic cylinder connecting tunneling machine with movable platform may be connected with pressure line, and their outputs, with control cavities of pilot slide valve. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced labor intensity of device due to continuous mining of mine workings. 2 cl, 2 dwg
