FIELD: mining industry, mechanized driving of mine workings by heading machines without long stops for advance of belt conveyer. SUBSTANCE: technical result consists in more comfortable servicing with advance of end drum under shedding head of flight conveyer of machine. Reduced labor input , increased operational efficiency and productivity are also achieved. Method of control over movement of heading machine includes breaking of rock mass by heading machine with simultaneous removal of broken rock mass and advance of heading machine and mobile platform which carries end drum of telescopic belt conveyer and is coupled to it. Mobile platform is linked to heading machine with the aid of hydraulic movement cylinder which rod is retrieved by heading machine while it moves and simultaneously loads broken rock on to belt of conveyer. Pressure of working fluid sufficient to secure mobile platform in place and to maintain required tension of transportation belt is formed with the help of safety valve of hydraulic unit in rod space of hydraulic movement cylinder. After complete withdrawal of rod of hydraulic movement cylinder mobile platform is advanced to full stroke of hydraulic movement cylinder by supply of working fluid to rod space of hydraulic movement cylinder. Then supply of working fluid to rod space of hydraulic movement cylinder from operating oil unit of heading machine is interrupted and these operations are repeated without stop of heading machine to maintain required tension of belt and mobile platform is pulled forward under automatic mode of operation of hydraulic movement cylinder following heading machine by stroke of telescopic mechanism of change of length. Device for control over movement of heading machine includes movement mechanism coupled on one side to heading machine and to rear frame of mobile platform on other side on which end drum of telescopic belt conveyer, hydraulic cylinders of lift with casings are mounted. Movement mechanism comes in the form of hydraulic movement cylinder with which aid frame of heading machine is hinged to mobile platform of telescopic belt conveyer. Hydraulic movement cylinder is anchored on mobile platform by means of double joint and can be fixed at different heights. It can secure mobile platform in place and form required tension of belt and to pull mobile platform to heading machine by turns.
