SUBSTANCE: the extreme power regulator has a power source with its internal resistor, choke coil, reverse-biased diode unit and a load, mean-value voltage pickup, no-load voltage pickup, pulse-width modulator, feedback unit, controlled generator, reservoir capacitor, the first and second inputs of the mean-value voltage pickup and the no-load voltage pickup are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the power source, and the outputs are connected respectively to the first and second inputs of the pulse-width modulator, whose first and second outputs are connected to the first and second inputs of the inverter, the power input of the inverter is connected to the power source, and its output is connected to the load. Besides, the first and second inputs of the pulse-width modulator are connected to the first and second outputs if the feedback unit. The output of the feedback unit is connected to the control input of the generator, whose output is connected to the cut-off input of the pulse-width modulator, and the reservoir capacitor is connected in parallel with the power source.
