Abstract RU 2210179 C1

FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: pulse oscillator includes resistor, stabilizer diode and threshold unit comprising two transistors of different conductance. Base and collector of transistor of one conductance are correspondingly connected to collector and base of transistor of another conductance, emitter of one transistor is connected to common point of second resistor and capacitor whose second lead is connected to first supply bus. Network incorporating diode, third and fourth resistors connected in series is added to oscillator circuitry. Another lead of diode is connected to second supply bus and another lead of fourth resistor is connected through stabilizer diode to first supply bus. Another lead of second resistor is connected to common point of stabilizer diode and fourth resistor. Base of transistor whose emitter is connected to common point of second resistor and capacitor is connected to common point of third and fourth resistors. Emitter of transistor of another conductance is connected through first resistor to first supply bus. EFFECT: raised noise immunity, avoidance of any delay in sending output pulse. 2 dwg
