FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: osteoplastic material Hapcol or Collapan should be moistened for 24 h in antiseptic solution of chlorohexidine gluconate or metronidazole, then antiseptic solution is poured off, osteoplastic material should be moistened for 5 h in Eagle's medium and washed with sterile Eagle's medium thrice per 10 min each time, then washed osteoplastic material should be placed into sterile tank supplemented with suspension of fibroblasts cells at 6×10³-80×10³ cells/ml growth medium. As fibroblasts culture one should apply the strain of diploid cells of human light embryo HLE-4(81); as growth medium one should apply Eagle-MEM medium at addition of 10% cattle fetal blood serum at the following quantity: 10% - serum, 90% - Eagle-MEM medium, growth medium pH corresponds to 7.2-7.4. Prepared cellular suspension with osteoplastic material should be placed into thermostat and kept at 35-37 C for 48-72 h. Transplant is kept at 4-6 C for 3-4 d. EFFECT: higher efficiency of transplant.
