FIELD: biology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the known strain ЛЭЧ-4(81) of human lung embryo diploid cells that is used for substitution therapy carrying out. Cellular culture is used as suspension or cells on synthetic baking for treatment of burn patients, patients with trauma of locomotor system, in recovery and correction of functions of damaged tissues and organs. The use of the strain ЛЭЧ-4(81) in medicine provides creature of bioprostheses that are good integrated by recipient body. Invention can be used in substitution, recovery, correcting of function of damaged tissues by implantation or transplantation of health tissues or organs cultured in vitro that are able to retain physiological functions under corresponding conditions of culturing. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of culture, reduced cost.
