FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: proposed power plant includes two shaft-turbine engines, port and starboard, which are fixed on respective tail booms. Axis of exit nozzle of each shaft- turbine engine is directed to point of intersection of respective fin with respective elevon. Shaft-turbine engines are connected with upper and lower propellers of RH and LH rotation by means of transmissions+ADs- said propellers are mounted on reduction gearbox in cut of center-wing section above aircraft CG. Reduction gearbox is mounted for swinging in plane of symmetry of aircraft by means of two bearing tubes. Bearing tubes of central reduction gearbox are located on one straight line perpendicular to common axis of air propellers. One end of each bearing tube is fixed to housing of reduction gearbox and other end is secured on respective tail boom by means of side bearing. One of tail booms carry reduction gearbox swinging drive which is kinematically linked with one bearing tube of reduction gearbox.
