FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to vertical take-off and landing aircraft (VTOL) with rotor. VTOL comprises fuselage with cockpit, wing with possibility of deflecting downward from 0 to 90 of rear part to reduce losses of rotor thrust at vertical take-off and landing against air flow of propeller, wing mechanization to reduce the take-off and landing distance and possibility of flight of aircraft with reduced speed of horizontal flight in "aircraft" mode, tail fins of aircraft, chassis for movement on earth surface, cruise engine and rotor with power plant for vertical take-off and landing. Carrying screw is made with coiling and blades blown in flight. After blades are cleaned, the rotor is closed by the streamlined cowlings. Torque from rotor during its operation is parried by air flow deflected by air flaps from exhaust nozzle of cruise engine and proportional change of cruise engine power.

EFFECT: higher speed and range of flight, possibility of vertical take-off and landing.
