SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes floating oil receiver with pantograph mechanism in form of two hollow hermetic cylinders revolving towards each other+ADs- said cylinders have smooth or wavy side surface with chute located between them+ADs- walls of said chute perform function of scrapers. Two rolls with riffled side surfaces are mounted on common frame in parallel relative to two hollow cylinders+ADs- clearance between side surfaces of rolls and cylinders is adjustable. Inner cavities of cylinders of floating receiver are provided with coaxial permanent magnets located in several rows and separated by washers made from non-magnetic material.
