FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device for cooling over-rotor surfaces of turbine nozzle assembly contains cooling air charged space over nozzle blades with holes pointed to side of over-rotor ring. Flanges of nozzle blades project into turbine blading. Outlet of holes in charged space communicate with turbine blading being made in flanges of nozzle blades on their sections projecting into turbine blading, and their axes are orientated along inner surface of over-rotor ring in direction of middle line of profile of nozzle blade outlet sections.
