FIELD: digital data transmission over digital circuit. SUBSTANCE: proposed Internet access system incorporating satellite communication line is provided with distributed representative server that functions to reduce delay time concerned with extraction of web-page built-in objects; mentioned server incorporates access point component and satellite gateway component, both being respectively started on client s end and on Internet end of satellite communication line.
